The MetPak RG Base Station features an on-board barometric pressure sensor and Rotronic Hygroclip temperature/humidity probe, with an additional input for a tipping bucket rain gauge (Gill tipping bucket rain gauge optionally available).

MetPak RG with Integrated WindSonic and Rain Gauge

This variant of the MetPak RG features the same on-board sensors as the Base Station, with the addition of an integrated WindSonic ultrasonic wind sensor for wind speed and direction measurement, and tipping bucket rain gauge for precipitation measurement.

MetPak RG Configuration Options

Users who require a remotely mounted wind sensor or who have more specialist wind or precipitation sensing requirements can configure MetPak RG to suit.
A professional specialist tipping-bucket rain gauge and Gill's range of 2-axis and 3-axis ultrasonic wind sensors are available, with the wind sensor mounted remotely up to 10m away from the Base Station.

MetView is supplied free of charge with the MetPak, offering a clear, intuitive display of the current weather conditions.
Download MetView Display Software
MetView features five gauges: Temperature, Humidity, Pressure, Wind Speed and Wind direction. There is also a digital readout of Dew Point.

MetSet Configuration Software
MetSet is a free software package that allows the user to configure the output and display data provided by the MetPak.

The simple interface features a range of drop-down selection boxes, providing the ability to enable or disable existing sensors and adjust output rates.
