INDUSTRIAL SENSOR FINDER
Four ranges, one question: what are you trying to measure?
Level, position, oil condition and gas engine control. Answer four questions.
Gill Sensors and Controls builds for the inside of machines rather than the weather around them. The four ranges share a design philosophy and not much else, so the finder asks what you are measuring first and then asks the questions that actually separate the models in that range.

15Products in total
What are you measuring or controlling?
This decides which of the four ranges to look at.
Where is it going?
Pick the closest match. If none of these describes it exactly, pick the nearest and our team can confirm.
What is in the tank?
Select every one that applies.
Anything else it has to do?
Select any that apply. Skip this step if the installation is a standard one.
Based on what you told us
The closest fits in the range, ranked, with what each one does not cover said plainly.
THE FOUR RANGES
What each range is for
The question that picks each range, and the products inside it.
What liquid, and what is it sitting in? LevelLite, LevelPro, LevelSlick, LevelDefend, Gill catch tank oil level sensor, DD1615 liquid level display.
How far does it move, and how? Blade25, Blade60, Blade360 and Blade Dual Output.
What is the oil doing? WearDetect oil debris sensor, WearDetect with display.
How many cylinders, and what are you controlling? GS12 ignition module, GT6 ignition module, AF120 air/fuel ratio controller.
ENGINEERING QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
What does a no match result mean?
That nothing in the range meets everything selected. It is shown rather than hidden, because the closest guess is how a buyer ends up with the wrong instrument. Asking for ATEX certification produces it, for example: nothing in the industrial sensor range is ATEX certified, and saying so is more useful than offering something that is not.
How is the recommendation worked out?
Each product is scored against the answers, with the application weighted highest, then requirements, then what is being measured. Before any of that, hard exclusions remove products that cannot do the job at all, so a product is never ranked low when it should be absent. It is the same engine the wind and weather finders use.
Can I see the numbers instead?
Yes. Every product in the results links to its own page and to its datasheet, so each figure can be checked against the source document before you specify. If you would rather compare the ranges side by side first, the comparison page lays them out together, and our team can talk through any figure that matters to your installation.
