Industrial process application
Level readings from tanks that foam, coat and corrode
Reliable liquid level sensors support optimised production processes

Advanced level sensors with alert options ensure accurate fluid levels are always known
Process tanks can contain a wide variety of fluids required for specific processes. Where a water or chemical based fluid is stored for use in the process, robust and resilient sensors are used to inform of fluid levels accurately even in the presence of surface foam. They allow the level of the fluid to be kept within desired minimum and maximum levels to aid process flow.
Accurate level measurement ensures the correct quantity of process liquid is used and facilitates stock forecasting, minimising delays in obtaining supplies. LevelPro and LevelSlick liquid level sensors provide highly accurate and reliable liquid level measurement including in difficult liquids whilst still maintaining contact accuracy. Gill level sensors have no moving parts for long term reliability and minimum maintenance.
Recommended sensors for liquid level monitoring on production lines
Gill LevelPro liquid level sensors are robust, providing highly reliable continuous liquid level measurement in a wide range of applications including aggressive liquids and harsh environments. Using capacitive level sensing technology, LevelPro delivers highly stable readings even in mobile equipment/vehicles and with no moving parts, LevelPro requires minimum maintenance.
Gill LevelSlick liquid level sensors provide real-time continuous level measurement in challenging liquids. With no holes or moving parts to clog or block and an FEP coating with non-stick, low friction properties. LevelSlick delivers long-term reliability and accuracy in difficult fluids including slurries, colloids, effluents and liquids with suspended solids.
