LEVEL SENSORS
LevelLite
The lightweight level sensor, for weight-critical platforms.
LevelLite trades the stainless steel body of LevelPro for aluminium with sealed electronics, which is what makes it the level sensor for weight-critical and harsh platforms. It gives voltage and current outputs as standard, with RS232 for configuration and CAN on bespoke sensors.

BEFORE YOU SPECIFY
Is the LevelLite the correct configuration?
Before specifying, confirm:
- the measurement or level range the application needs
- the output and interface the receiving system expects
- the fluid or medium and its effect on the sensing surface
- the environmental sealing the installation demands
- the mounting arrangement and available space
- any approval or certification the application requires
If those match, the LevelLite provides that configuration.
QUESTIONS
Specification questions about the LevelLite
What is the LevelLite used for?
The LevelLite is a lightweight continuous level sensor for weight-critical and harsh platforms, where every gram matters.
How does the LevelLite measure level?
The LevelLite measures level capacitively, with no moving parts. The electronics are sealed inside an aluminium body.
Which outputs can the LevelLite provide?
The LevelLite offers voltage and current outputs. RS232 is used for configuration, and CAN is available on bespoke sensors.
How long can a LevelLite probe be?
The measurement length is user-defined, up to around 750 mm. Give Gill the tank depth and mounting arrangement and the probe is built to suit.
What supply voltage does the LevelLite need?
The LevelLite runs from +5 to +32 V.
Is the LevelLite waterproof?
The LevelLite is rated to IP68.
How do I choose between the LevelLite and the LevelPro?
Choose the LevelLite when weight is critical. Choose the LevelPro for a robust stainless steel sensor in general-purpose duty.
