Returns

Send an instrument back

Repair, replacement or credit. Tell us what is wrong and we email your RMA number once we have checked the details. That number goes on the outside of the box.

Returns

What are you sending back?

You came from . We will include that so the right person picks it up.

The serial number is the one thing we cannot work around. It is on the label on the body of the unit, and without it a return cannot be matched to its warranty.

RMA number by email. Checked by our team before you pack anything.

Do not ship yet. Wait for us to confirm the return address.

Advice first is an option. Some returns turn out not to be faults.

After you submit

What happens next

Our service team reviews the fault and confirms the return address the same working day. Do not ship until you have that confirmation: an instrument that arrives unannounced waits longer, not less.
