PRECISION ULTRASONIC WIND SENSOR

WindObserver 90

The highest wind speed range in the WindObserver family.

WindObserver 90 measures 0 to 90 m/s, the widest range Gill offers in a 2-axis ultrasonic sensor. It is specified where the extreme of the wind record matters more than the update rate, for example on exposed structures and in storm-survival applications.

BEFORE YOU SPECIFY

Is the WindObserver 90 the correct configuration?

Before specifying, confirm:

  • the wind speed range the site actually sees
  • the output rate the receiving system needs
  • the operating temperature and whether heating is required
  • any approval or certification the installation demands
  • the mounting arrangement and cable or connector choice
  • the interface and output the receiving system expects

If those match, the WindObserver 90 provides that configuration.
